The Dr. Lonnie E. Mitchell Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Behavioral Health Policy Academy is sponsored by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The Academy will increase awareness of behavioral health care policies and workforce opportunities and provide students the opportunity to create and implement initiatives to address a common policy issue in their communities.
